SAFETY AND EMC
Approval is based on either testing in independent laboratory,
such as SIEMIC, or documentary evidence of EU approval.
This together with supporting documents - EMC &
Safety reports, complete technical data, should be submitted
to the Ministry. The Ministry will also require evidence
of parts and service supply to Croatia.
ZIA Mark (Safety mark) has to be placed on the
product.
The following documents are required.
1. CB certificate with test report.
2. EMC test reports containing data on both emissions
and immunity.

• Circuit diagrams
• Design Layout
• Specifications
• Factory inspection report
• User’s instructions/manual in Croatian
• Rating label
• Safety warning in Croatian language
• Photographs
• Identity Declaration
TELECOM
APPROVALS

To get an Estimate from SIEMIC, download SIEMIC
International Approvals Questionnaires Form, complete
the form and send back to SIEMIC.
